‘Pepper Creates’ is owned and managed by Nikki Pepper who helps others build websites, mentors, tutors and provides training since 2015.
Personal Data Use
Your personal information is accessed only by our members of staff and is used to process your enquiry, deliver your training or mentoring, to work on your website and to correspond with you, such as responding to an enquiry.
The personal data that we collect about you is name, address, data call history, email address and email content. We will provide your service and ensure that you are happy with new website prior to ending our conversations. On occasion, we may ask for feedback to share with new prospective customers. We will always use data that our customers have provided to us when making any new website.

STORAGE LIMITATION
We keep relevant data while we continue to support you with your website. After 6 years of no activity, we will delete the data that we have about you.
SECURITY MEASURES
All of our devices are password protected and access is role based. Our website and PayPal have 2FA and only authorised personnel has access to the site for maintenance and improvements activities. We also have antivirus in place.
